Manchester City's manager Voices Regret Over Camera Operator Altercation Following Defeat to Magpies

The City boss confessed experiencing "embarrassment" following an exchange with a camera operator subsequent to Manchester City's 2-1 defeat away to the Magpies this past weekend.
